The Senior Management project is the advance skill units of each of the 4-H projects. It is for the most experienced of 4-H members and should be completed only after a member has achieved a high skill level in regular project work. The requirement for completion is 10 to 12 months of work. The last units of the project regulations outline some of the options for each project.
